Every TedTanic™ bear is personalised with the name of a passenger who perished on the Titanic, including the often-forgotten dogs and cats who were also on board. They were companions, loved by their families, and part of the journey. All of them dreamed of a better future, but their lives were cut short. Today, through PETAL, each bear ensures that history does not repeat itself. Instead of dreams being lost, they are unlocked.

When you purchase a TedTanic™ bear, you also unlock access to the PETAL learning platform. You can keep this access for yourself or donate it to someone in need, breaking down barriers to education. PETAL offers a wide range of learning opportunities, from English and Maths to practical skills in employability, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship, as well as wellbeing and resilience. It also includes fun and creative courses such as animation, filmmaking, art, interior design, and creative writing.
